Philip Taptiklis - Managing Consultant

Following an earlier career with Alcan Aluminium and Litton Industries in International Human Resource Managment, Philip works in Executive Search & Career Management - supporting a wide range of clients including global manufacturers, international services companies and major Financial Services organisations.

His areas of specialisation include talent management via Executive and team Coaching/Mentoring, performance benchmarking, and placement of senior managers - having been involved in recruiting many experienced, high performing managers into client companies. He is also involved in the provision of project-related strategic HR support & Pay and Rewards benchmarking. He graduated from the University of Leeds before training in professional human resource management.

Terry Glover - Recruitment & Assessment Consultant

Terry has worked in a range of senior HR roles, latterly heading up the HR function in a large Financial Services Organisation.

With an MSc in Organisational Behaviour he is a professionally trained Occupational & Psychometric tester and has been involved in designing tailor-made assessment centres for a wide range of roles and specialisms in recent years, recruiting a wide range of senior management. He is also skilled in developing employee consultation systems along with the disciplinary and performance management consulting.

George Royce - Research Consultant

After working for some years for the Proudfoot International Consulting Organisation in the UK and Latin America, George specialises in company and executive research. He has wide experience of working across a variety of disciplines and industry sectors.

A graduate from Bristol University, he is an accomplished linguist and regularly works on European Assignments.

Rod Keech – International Consultant

Rod has substantial experience with Ford Motor company and Fiat, latterly as Vice President and General Manager of Business Development for CNH Global NV, the world’s largest manufacturer of Tractors and Agricultural machinery and the third largest manufacturer of construction equipment.
His experience ranges from negotiating and managing joint ventures in China, India, Turkey, Mexico and elsewhere, to M & A activities, and managing distributor networks in most parts of the world, along with managing high performing teams. He has also managed global sourcing initiatives and OEM component sales on worldwide basis.
A Graduate of Cambridge University, MBA from INSEAD, he is fluent in French, Spanish & English.
